How to Send

• Select Value: HK$200 / HK$400 / HK$600 / HK$800.

• Enter Details: Provide the recipient’s name and email. Optionally include your name, company name, and a personal message.

• Choose Delivery Time: Select immediate delivery upon checkout or schedule for a specific date.

• Easy Redemption: The recipient will receive an email containing a unique redemption code (a copy will also be sent to the sender). Simply enter the code at checkout to apply the balance.

Product & Usage Notes

• Digital Product: This is an electronic gift card (eGift Card); no physical card will be shipped.

• Verification: Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct. If the email is not received, check the spam/promotions folder or contact customer service for a reissuance.

• Keep Safe: The redemption code should be treated like cash. Anyone with access to the code may redeem the balance.

Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired balances will be forfeited.

• Usage: Valid exclusively at the TEALF online store. Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Balance & Difference: Remaining balances can be used for future purchases within the validity period. If an order exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Scheduled Delivery: Delivery on a designated date may experience slight delays due to system processing or email providers.

• Liability & Protection: TEALF is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect email addresses or unauthorized use of redemption codes. TEALF reserves the right to suspend or cancel any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity.
