1. GONGFU TEAPOT METHOD (Best for delicate sweetness)

Ratio: 1:20 (e.g., 5g tea per 100ml water)

Temperature: 90°C - 100°C. Aged white tea thrives in high heat, which helps extract its deep, matured aromas.

The Awaken (Rinse): Flash rinse with hot water and discard within 5 seconds to cleanse and awaken the leaves.

Timing: Steep for 10–15 seconds for the first 3 infusions; gradually add 5–10 seconds for each subsequent steep.

2. THERMAL FLASK METHOD (Best for daily antioxidant support)

Ratio: 1:100 (e.g., 3g tea per 300ml–400ml water).

The Awaken (Rinse): Always rinse the leaves once with hot water before putting them into the flask.

Timing: Steep for 1+ hour. The consistent thermal environment allows the flavonoids to fully extract, resulting in an amber-hued liquor with a silky, honey-like texture.

Pro Tip: Thanks to its 7-year maturation, this tea remains sweet and smooth even after 6+ hours of steeping, making it an excellent nightcap or all-day hydration option.
